My company Total Investment Property Solutions ( TIPS ) offers a service which helps everyday people invest in property. We are specialists in new house and land packages and are also a very proud South Australian company born and bread. We also only offer properties located right here in Adelaide. I'm also a property investor myself for over 20 years and I know what it takes to get it right.

The properties we offer are all hand picked by me and unless I'd buy one myself we won't sell it . On average I only accept 20% of all developments that are offered to TIPS. We show people that almost anyone can be a property investor however you need to know how the entire system works to ensure you maximize.
